We value the trust you place in us to be your credit union partner for life. And we want to make every effort to raise awareness of scams and fraud that can put you, your friends, and family at risk. Elements continually takes active measures in all activities to protect your accounts from scams or fraud, however, you play an important role in the protection of your accounts.

If you receive a telephone call or a text message that claims to be from Elements, you must NEVER PROVIDE YOUR PASSWORDS, USER IDS, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS OR PIN — even if the caller ID says it's from Elements Financial. We will never ask you for this information.

Debit, Credit, and Cash Card Fraud Alerts

Near Real Time Fraud Alerts for Your Convenience

We offer near real time fraud alerts for our Elements debit, credit, and cash cards. With a quick text alert, you can help prevent fraudulent transactions from occurring on your cards.

The service is free, and your card is automatically enrolled!

 

How It Works

  • A text, email, or phone call will be sent when there is a suspicious transaction identified on your account. The primary cardholder will be notified of the suspicious activity.
  • Simply reply to confirm whether or not you recognize the transaction(s).
  • If you let us know that you do not recognize the transaction(s), we will block usage of your card until we hear from you.
  • If you reply that you recognize the transaction(s), your card will remain available for use.
  • If you would like to opt out of this service, just reply STOP to the text alert, or call us at .
