The Card Control app is a companion app to the 元素 mobile banking app. Make sure you are already an active user of the 元素 mobile app before 下载卡控制应用程序. No extra login credentials are required to use the Card Control app.

To begin using Card Control app, complete the following steps:

1. 登录元素移动应用

To access Card Control the first time, log in to your 元素 mobile banking app. In the left menu navigation, click on “Featured Tools” then “Card Control.”

Budget your 支出 and prevent fraudulent activity by setting controls and alerts on transaction location, 支出, 商人类型, 和事务类型.

• 事务类型 - Manage the types of debit card transactions allowed on your cards. Use transaction type controls to allow or deny transactions for specific transaction types, 如店内, 在线, 邮件/电话订单, 自动支付, 和自动取款机.

1. On the opening screen of the Card Control app, click on the card for which you want to set an alert.
