At Elements, we believe that our strength will grow through our community.
We recently hosted our fifth Annual Purpose Day where 200 employees spent a day away from work focused on impacting the neighborhoods that they call home. While our team typically gathers together in downtown Indianapolis to work on projects and visit local nonprofit organizations, the day looked a bit different this year. Elements additionally made donations to organizations focused on our three “Pillars of Giving” – Homelessness & Housing, Youth Development, and Healthy Lifestyles. The donations were made to:
- Homelessness & Housing: NeighborLink Indy
- Youth Development: DREAM Alive
- Healthy Lifestyles: Little Red Door Cancer Agency
