Elements Financial is aware that Eli Lilly and Company has limited retiree access to its US facilities, including those in Indiana where we currently operate three credit union branches.
Beginning Monday, March 9th and for an undetermined amount of time, Eli Lilly retirees will not have access to these branch locations at Lilly Corporate Center and Lilly Technology Center in Indianapolis.
Rest assured, we have multiple other access options for you and your accounts during this time of restricted physical access to our Lilly-based branches:

- Our ATMs globally and shared branches nationwide – you may search for locations near you (We recommend calling ahead to confirm hours.);

- Secure Messages through online banking and the mobile app;
- Email via customerservice@mwinata.com.
The current situation is dynamic and if the credit union needs to issue any updates for members, we will do so through our typical communications including but not limited to our website and/or email.
